Waist Trainers & Corsets
Size guide →Boned, hooked or belted — what's the difference?
Frequently asked questions
What size waist trainer should I order?
Measure your natural waist — the narrowest point, usually just above the navel — and match it to the chart on the product page. Do not order down from that number. Sizing here runs from 3XS to 4XL depending on the style.
How long can I wear a waist trainer?
Start with an hour or two and build up. If it restricts your breathing, makes you feel faint, or you cannot sit comfortably, it is too tight or too small. Firm compression is not meant to be worn overnight.
Do waist trainers permanently change your waist?
No. The effect lasts while you are wearing it. These shape and support while worn — anyone promising a permanent change from a garment alone is overselling it.
Steel boning or a plain elastic belt?
Steel bones for shape that holds when you sit down, and for posture. Elastic belts for light support during workouts or postpartum. The satin lace-up corsets sit at the structured end; the rubber and cotton belts at the light end.
Can I wear one under a fitted dress?
Yes, and the hook-and-zip cinchers are the flattest under clothing. Corset styles with external boning can show through thin fabric — layer a seamless bodysuit or slip over the top if the dress is lightweight.
