Women's Shapewear

Smooth, lift and hold — from everyday tummy control briefs to full-body fajas colombianas and firm post-surgery compression. Every piece is graded across three support levels, and sizing runs XS to 6XL depending on the style. Filter by support level, focus area and price to narrow the range down to what you actually need.

How to choose your support level

Support level is the thing to get right first, and it is the filter most people skip. Light support smooths a line under jersey and knitwear without changing your shape — it is what you want for all-day wear. Medium support pulls the waist and stomach in noticeably and is the safe default under a fitted dress. Strong support is compression garment territory: zip-and-hook closures, reinforced panels, and the level used for post-surgery and postpartum wear. It works, but it is not something you put on in a hurry.

Most pieces here are nylon-spandex blends with bonded or laser-cut edges so nothing prints through. The most common sizing mistake is ordering down to get more compression — it rolls, digs and looks worse. Order your true measured size and let the support level do the work. If you only want the waist, the waist trainers are more targeted; for smoothing under a dress, start with the shaping bodysuits.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know which support level I need?

Light for everyday smoothing under knitwear, medium under fitted dresses and trousers, strong for events or post-surgery use. Use the support level filter in the sidebar — every product here is graded, and the level is shown on the product card.

What size shapewear should I order if I'm between sizes?

Size up, not down. Sizing down is the single most common mistake — it makes the garment roll and creates a line rather than removing one. Measure your waist and hips and check the chart on the product page, which varies by style.

How do I stop shapewear from rolling down at the waist?

Rolling almost always means the garment is too small or sits too low. Choose a high-waisted style that finishes above your natural waist, and if it still rolls, go up a size. Silicone-gripped hems help but will not fix a size problem.

Can I wear shapewear every day?

Light and medium support are made for it. Firm compression is better kept for shorter stretches — if it makes eating, breathing or sitting uncomfortable, it is either too tight or too strong for daily wear.

Do I wear underwear under shapewear?

Most pieces here have a cotton-lined gusset and are designed to be worn against the skin, so you do not need to. Many also have an open or zip crotch so you can use the bathroom without undressing.
